DIE CASTING
Zamak die-casting is one of the most widely used technologies in the production of metal parts thanks to its technical as well as economic versatility.
Since its foundation Figros has been a point of reference for this technology in the fashion industry and beyond.
Thanks to 11 fully automated production lines, FIgros produces simple and complex shapes, with functional or highly aesthetic purposes, from a few hundred pieces up to millions of pieces.

HOT STAMPING
Hot stamping is the heir to one of the oldest technologies that man uses to work and shape metal, forging. A process among the most used for the production of brass and aluminum accessories for fashion and industry, of great aesthetic performance as well as with superior mechanical properties. Figros makes hot stamping in a dedicated department equipped with over 20 highly automated presses for stamping and shearing.

INNOVATION AND QUALITY - IN MOLDING AS WELL AS MOLD PRODUCTION
There are those who make the molds and those who mold. And there is Figros, which designs and manufactures customized molds and molded parts by choosing each time the metals and production technology that best suits the customer's needs. We have a team of over 35 technicians specialized in the production of molds using the latest generation software, machining with 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machines, laser marking and welding. We can produce a new mold in just 2 weeks, guaranteeing its quality - in terms of precision and resistance - through rigorous analysis certified by the UNI EN ISO 9001 quality system.
